Ideas from our customers

A large number of our customers are childcare centres. Because shoe covers in childcare centres are often used by visitors (and in many cases also by staff), we regularly received feedback from these customers. There were some small issues with our first shoe covers we launched on the market for use in a childcare centre. For instance, the elastic sometimes broke, mainly because visitors with shoes that were too large tried to squeeze into shoe covers that were too small. Furthermore, the non-slip part of the sole wore out relatively quickly, causing the sole to have a shorter lifespan. Based on this feedback, we launched our Premium (and later our Professional) shoe covers. These have extra strong elastic and a new non-slip sole that doesn't wear out quickly and lasts a long time. Our professional shoe covers even have waterproof fabric and a sole that you can potentially wear outdoors.

Listening to the customer is very important to us, as it allows us to improve our products where possible. Our "suggestion box" is therefore always open 😊
