Our Story

 

After working in the service sector for many years and using disposable overshoes daily, I thought there must be a better, more environmentally friendly solution. Every day, I threw 3 or 4 pairs of thin plastic (polyethylene) disposable overshoes in the bin. That's more than 240 overshoes a month that I alone threw away, let alone how many disposable overshoes end up in the nationwide waste.

So... I started looking for a better, more environmentally friendly alternative.

It wasn't easy; there simply weren't any overshoes available that met my requirements, namely: easy to put on, sturdy, well-fitting, reusable, non-slip, easy to carry (inside pocket), but most importantly, sustainable.

After a long search, I found sturdy cotton overshoes with a good non-slip sole, which are washable, long-lasting, and therefore contribute to a better environment.

I hope that many, like me, will switch from disposable overshoes to our sustainable overshoes wherever possible.

Our team is therefore happy that our overshoes are now used in childcare centers, shipping, physiotherapy, home care, healthcare institutions, maintenance personnel, etc., etc.
